OTTERBEIN’S MISSION & OUTREACH:

THE MISSION CLOSET YARD SALE AT OTTERBEIN UMC: This is a yard sale located at the Otterbein UMC in Mont Clare. It is held several times during the year. A great outreach to the community.

MISSIONS OTTERBEIN SUPPORTS:

RED BIRD MISSION: This mission is located in the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky, a very poor region with many needs.

HENDERSON SETTLEMENT: Located in the Appalachian region of Kentucky they have senior programs, youth ministries, agriculture programs, etc.

METHODIST HOME FOR CHILDREN: Located in Philadelphia, PA, they are focused on homelessness and helping many families get back on their feet.

UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief): 100 percent of all monies go to Disaster Response, US as requested by the Bishop or Local Pastor.

PACS (Phoenixville Area Community Services): We donate items for the food bank and other personal items for people in the community who are in need.

MOM’S HOUSE: Located in Phoenixville it is a support system for low income single moms to care for their children while they go to school and work to better themselves.

THE CLINIC: Located in Phoenixville it has been providing quality healthcare for the uninsured. Patients pay what they can afford
